Blox Loot

Blox Loot Weapon Tier List

Weapons define your damage output in Blox Loot. This tier list ranks every notable weapon for PvE boss kills and PvP combat, accounting for DPS, range, weight, special effects, and how difficult each weapon is to obtain. The gap between Stick and Venom Blade is enormous — upgrading weapons should be your first priority after basic armor.

S-Tier Weapons

Venom Blade (T4 melee): Highest sustained DPS with poison damage over time. Melts boss health bars and punishes players who miss dodge windows. Moderate weight — pair with Slime or Knight armor. Obtained from Spider Queen drops or T3 weapon merges.

Bone Bow (T4 ranged): Top ranged weapon for kiting Spider Queen and PvP sniping. Low weight makes it ideal for speed builds. Requires precise aim but rewards skill with safe damage from distance.

A-Tier Weapons

Knight Sword (T3): Reliable mid-game melee before Venom Blade. Good base damage without special effects. Drops from Zombie King or T2 merges.

Evoker Staff (T3): Magic damage alternative with area-of-effect potential. Synergizes with Evoker armor set. Lower single-target DPS than Venom Blade but strong in mob farming.

B-Tier Weapons

Iron Sword (T2): Solid forest-tier melee. Outperforms all T0–T1 weapons. Replace when you get Knight Sword or better.

Hunter Bow (T2): Entry ranged weapon. Useful for pulling mobs and early boss attempts but outclassed by Bone Bow.

C-Tier Weapons

Wooden Sword (T1): First real upgrade from Stick. Fine for spawn zone farming, replace before serious forest sessions.

Basic Bow (T1): Early ranged option. Teaches bow mechanics before investing in Hunter Bow.

D-Tier Weapons

Stick (T0): Starting weapon. Replace immediately. Only useful as merge fodder for T1 crafting.

Weapon Weight and Mobility

Melee weapons generally weigh more than bows, which affects your total movement speed when combined with armor weight. Venom Blade is heavy for a melee weapon but its DPS compensates in boss fights where mobility matters less than sustained damage. Bone Bow pairs with Leather armor for the fastest practical loadout.

When ranking weapons for PvP specifically, add one tier penalty to heavy melee options unless the player wears Weightless enchant. A B-tier bow user often beats an S-tier Venom Blade user who cannot close distance.

Weapon Tier Movement

Stick and Wooden Sword are temporary — never emotionally attach to D-tier weapons. Iron Sword is the longest B-tier bridge before Knight Sword.

Bone Bow rivals Venom Blade only in ranged PvP — for boss DPS, melee poison still wins.

Weapon Tier Notes

Stick to Venom Blade melee progression documented in table. Bone Bow only T4 ranged worth chasing.

Evoker Staff niche for AoE — not general upgrade path.

Transition Weapons

Knight Sword is the longest A-tier bridge — many players wear it from level 30 to first Venom Blade drop.

Do not discard Knight Sword immediately after Venom Blade — backup weapons save failed boss runs.

Frequently Asked Questions

For raw DPS and boss melting, yes. For safe ranged play and PvP kiting, Bone Bow wins. Choose based on your build archetype.

Spider Queen drops or merging three T3 melee weapons at the blacksmith. Both paths require significant farming.

Shields are off-hand equipment, not weapons. They have their own tier list on the Items Shields page.

Higher tier weapons support more powerful enchantments. Venom Blade accepts all standard enchants including Heirloom.

Weapons first. Damage upgrades speed every kill. Armor upgrades help survivability but do not speed up farming as much.
