Blox Loot Builds
A build in Blox Loot is your complete equipment loadout optimized for a specific role. Damage builds maximize kill speed. Tank builds maximize survivability for bosses. Speed builds maximize mobility for PvP and farming efficiency. This hub links to detailed build guides for each archetype with exact gear lists.
Choosing Your Build
Your build should match your current activity. Boss farming? Tank or damage. Forest PvP? Speed. General progression? Damage with speed elements. Most players need one damage build and can add a speed set later for PvP.
Builds are not permanent — swap gear in inventory based on what you are doing. Keep a speed armor set even if your main build is tank.
Build Components
- Weapon — primary damage source
- Armor set — defense and weight tradeoff
- Shield — optional, tank builds only
- Enchant — Weightless, Unbreakable, or Heirloom
- Rebirth bonuses — compound over time
Build Cost Summary
| Build | Gold Cost | Farm Time | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|
| Damage | 10,000–15,000 | 30–50 hours | Medium |
| Tank | 8,000–12,000 | 25–40 hours | Easy |
| Speed | 8,000–12,000 | 25–40 hours | Hard (PvP skill) |
Build Switching in Practice
Serious players maintain two loadouts in inventory: a primary damage or tank set for bosses, and a speed set for forest travel and PvP escape. Swapping takes seconds through the inventory menu — no gold cost, no cooldown. The friction is preparation, not mechanics.
Typical session flow: equip speed armor leaving the spawn zone, farm forest elites until your inventory fills, return to safe zone, merge at the blacksmith, then swap to damage gear for a scheduled Spider Queen run. Tank gear stays in inventory until boss day.
How Builds Interact With Rebirth
Rebirth keeps your gear but resets level. A completed damage build with Venom Blade and Weightless makes post-rebirth leveling dramatically faster — you overlevel forest mobs while working back toward level 50. Tank builds help less during the speedrun phase because mobs die before they threaten you.
Plan your final pre-rebirth build around damage or speed, not pure tank. Tank gear remains useful for boss re-farms on subsequent playthroughs when you are underleveled for Spider Queen and need survivability over kill speed.

Build Power Budget
Every build trades damage, health, and speed. No build maximizes all three. Rebirth bonuses multiply your chosen archetype — commit before investing T4 enchants.

Build Selection Matrix
Levels 1-25: flexible, lean damage. Levels 25-45: damage or tank for Zombie King role. Level 50+: damage primary, speed for PvP, tank for group boss only.
Rebirth players rebuild faster — keep one completed build set in storage for instant swap after reset.
Consult Build Rankings tier list when meta shifts after patches.
Endgame Build Rotation
Late game accounts rotate three loadouts: damage for bosses, speed for PvP travel, tank for group carries.
Inventory space management becomes the limiting factor — sell or merge low-tier leftovers weekly.
Stat Tradeoff Summary
Damage sacrifices survivability and sometimes speed. Tank sacrifices speed and DPS. Speed sacrifices DPS and effective health.
No build cheats all three — pick based on session goal.
