Blox Loot

Blox Loot Build Tier List

A build is your complete gear setup: weapon, armor, shield, and enchantments working together. The best builds balance damage, defense, and weight for your playstyle. This tier list ranks popular build archetypes for three contexts — boss farming, PvP outside safe zones, and rebirth speedrunning.

S-Tier Builds

Venom Blade + Slime Armor + Weightless: The universal S-tier. High DPS with manageable weight. Weightless enchant removes remaining penalty. Dominates Spider Queen and mid-tier PvP.

Bone Bow + Leather Armor + Weightless: S-tier ranged. Maximum mobility for hit-and-run PvP. Lower boss DPS than melee but safest for learning Spider Queen patterns.

A-Tier Builds

Knight Sword + Knight Armor + Unbreakable: A-tier tank for Zombie King and group boss fights. Unbreakable prevents shield and armor durability loss during long fights. Too heavy for competitive PvP.

Evoker Staff + Evoker Armor + Heirloom: A-tier magic farming. Heirloom boosts rare drop rates. Slower single-target but excellent mob clear speed in forest.

B-Tier Builds

Iron Sword + Slime Armor: B-tier mid-game starter. No enchants needed yet. Upgrade path to S-tier is clear: save for Venom Blade and Weightless.

Hunter Bow + Leather Armor: B-tier early ranged. Functional for forest but outclassed once Bone Bow becomes available.

C-Tier and Below

Stick + default clothing: C-tier. Replace immediately. Any T1 weapon + Leather: C-tier transitional. Do not invest enchants in C-tier gear — save gold for T3+.

Build Tier Movement After Patches

V4 elevated Venom Blade builds to S-tier by adding poison scaling against Spider Queen. V5 forest expansion made Evoker plus Heirloom farming builds more viable for rebirth speedruns. Tank builds remained stable — Zombie King and Spider Queen both still require a dedicated damage absorber in groups.

When balance patches drop, check Weapon Rankings first, then Build Rankings. Weapon changes cascade into every build combination that uses that weapon.

Situational Build Swaps

Carry speed armor in inventory even if main build is damage. Swap at forest entrance, swap back at boss door.

Heirloom build ranks A-tier for rebirth farm but C-tier for Spider Queen — swap enchants between activities.

Build Tier Context

S-tier: Venom Blade Slime Weightless, Bone Bow Leather Weightless. A-tier: Knight tank, Evoker farm.

Swap builds by activity — one player needs three loadouts by late game.

Hybrid Build Notes

Some players run Venom Blade with Leather for PvP burst — hybrid between damage and speed tiers.

Hybrids excel in one context and underperform in others — commit to swaps, not half builds.

Rebirth Build Shift

Post-rebirth, Evoker plus Heirloom rises in value for speed leveling.

First playthrough should ignore Heirloom until T4 weapon is secured.

Build Tier Examples

S-tier damage: Venom Blade, Slime T3+, Weightless chest.

S-tier speed: Bone Bow, Leather T2+, Weightless chest.

A-tier tank: Knight Sword, Knight T3+, Unbreakable shield and chest.

B-tier bridge: Iron Sword, Slime T2 — mid game only.

Build Rankings Summary

S-tier: Venom Slime Weightless and Bone Bow Leather Weightless. Context splits PvE and PvP — read table per goal.

Swap loadouts per activity rather than forcing one build everywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

Venom Blade + Slime + Weightless. It handles bosses, PvP, and farming without respeccing gear.

You can, but heavy Knight armor makes you too slow to chase or escape. Tank builds are PvE-focused.

At T3 gear minimum. Enchanting T1–T2 is a gold waste since you will replace those items soon.

Yes if you are farming rare drops for T4 merges. It increases drop quality frequency over long sessions.

One main build is enough for most players. Dedicated PvPers keep a separate speed build in inventory.
